What does a Realtor native to Billings have that a real estate agent from out of town doesn’t? It’s the experience of living in different parts of town versus just knowing about them. Growing up here, I can tell you the experiences I had. I have owned houses all over our city, from the South Side to the West End. I have friends throughout the city, and have “checked out” their homes in the way that only a real estate professional can do.

This isn’t my first career. In fact, when I started out I wanted to be an English teacher; a career that didn’t quite come to fruition. So I transitioned through some sales jobs, waiting tables, and finally I took the leap into entrepreneurship when I opened Sunny Day Cleaning Services.
This cleaning company, still going strong today, is becoming exclusive to my real estate clients. That’s right, you get the attention to detail that Sunny Day Cleaning offers when you buy or sell a house with me. We’ll get to that soon, but first there’s a unique program I’m a part of.
